1. What Forged Axis is

Forged Axis is a training platform run by Iron Valley Gym. Depending on your plan, it provides workout programming, nutrition tracking, and recovery tracking, either self-directed, built from a template, or coached directly by a trainer.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Payment is processed securely by Stripe -- we never see or store your full card details. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice; a price change never applies retroactively to a period you already paid for.

Self-Guided and Program + Review include a 7-day free trial on your first signup, one per account -- your card is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Switching tiers or resubscribing after cancelling doesn't grant a new trial.

4. Cancellation & refunds

Cancel yourself, anytime, from Your Plan inside the app -- no need to contact anyone. You keep full access through the rest of the period you already paid for; it just won't renew after that. We don't offer refunds for the current billing period already paid for, except where required by law. If something went wrong with a charge, tell us -- we'll look at it in good faith.

5. Health & fitness disclaimer

Forged Axis provides training and nutrition information, not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have an existing health condition, injury, or are pregnant. Exercise carries an inherent risk of injury -- by using this app, you accept that risk for yourself. Report any injury or limitation to your trainer, or record it yourself, before continuing a program that might aggravate it.

6. Acceptable use

Use Forged Axis for its intended purpose -- your own training, nutrition, and recovery, or (for trainers) coaching your own clients. Don't try to break, scrape, or abuse the app, or share your account with someone it wasn't created for.

7. Your data

We store what the app needs to work: your account info, logged workouts, nutrition entries, and similar training data. We don't sell your personal data. Payment happens through Stripe under its own terms; account sign-in and hosting are handled by our infrastructure providers. If you want your data deleted, contact us and we'll remove it.

8. Limitation of liability

Forged Axis is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Iron Valley Gym and Forged Axis aren't liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from your use of the app or from following any program, nutrition guidance, or AI-estimated data it provides.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. Continuing to use Forged Axis after an update means you accept the revised terms.
